1. How was your project in boot camp?
In the project, I thought I had to study more and more. I thought my lack of Javascript or lack of program language. I had to study from basic to advanced things. After one month, I will start a project with Chloe.

2. What do you think of L’Oreal’s acquisition of Aesop?
I believe L’Oreal's acquisition of Aesop was successful work in the cosmetic market. Before this acquisition, L’Oreal has no powerful natural skincare brands in their portfolio, but Aesop is became an intensive section of their portfolio. These days, interest in the environment and sustainable consumption is bigger than past in globally. In the future, this interest will grow, and Aesop's growth will grow more than now.
→ I think L'Oreal's acquisition of Aesop was a strategic move. After all, L'Oreal does not have a recognizable skincare brand in its portfolio, so by adding Aesop, it strengthened its hold on the cosmetics market. These days, there is a heavy focus on the environment, and this interest will only continue to grow. Therefore, Aesop will only help L'Oreal's brand image.
3. What do you believe is most important for success in the cosmetics market?
In any market, having matchless competitiveness is important. Especially in the cosmetics market, regular consumers recognize each brand through commercial ads or campaigns, or models, most people don't know the difference between products. Therefore, the best strategy for survival for the brand in the cosmetics market is to have a strong brand image, like Aesop.
