Today, we focused on providing conversational and formal phrases that are very specific and also familiar to a native speaker and also provided phrases commonly used to discuss digital design. 1. Have you used Notion before?

Yes, I have been using Notion very well, I use it every day Notion, even for recording Ringle's lesson review. Maybe in 2020, Notion was launched in Korea. And I love to use new technology or software service so it gives me a strong curiosity to me. I was taught a Notion class and bought a Notion guidebook. As the article said, Notion gives a seamless user experience and it's good to record something or work with others. And various functions enable the management of information easily. So I usually organize my routine or my every record about myself. For instance, routine records by using the checkbox function or my plan for 2023.

→  Yes, I'm well acquainted with Notion because I use Notion every single day for even the most mundane or small tasks, like recording my lesson reviews from Ringle. Around 2020, Notion was launched in Korea and since I'm a tech geek and love the latest technology startups, it piqued my interest. From that point, I took a Notion class and bought a Notion guidebook, and have been hooked ever since. Like the article mentioned, Notion offers a seamless user experience and makes recording notes and collaborating incredibly efficient. Notion especially excels as an organizational tool to manage my personal information and routine and many tools enable this function, such as the checkbox function.

 

2. If you are familiar with the functionality of Notion, what are some points of improvement?

I would like to Notion is already a good product as a Notion fan, but sometimes a little repeatedly working makes me a little bit bored or feel efficient and when I make the same page or form, it feels like a waste of time, so I thought someone helps me to do this useless work and as the article said when I use Notion we can design our own workspace, but this situation makes me inefficient. However, recently Notion has updated a 'Button' feature recently which is helping us to work automatically when we doing the same repeated work. So I expect this feature will save more time. Then after I click that button, that page is made automatically.

→ As a proponent of Notion, I feel that it's already an outstanding product, but my only qualm is that the software forces us to repeatedly design the same layout, which is inefficient. It would be useful to create a function that allows the program to do this mindless work when we design our workspace, but fortunately, Notion has recently added a "Button" feature in their update which helps us design these repeated layouts easily. Rather than design each layout from scratch, which is what we have to do now, the "button" feature will allow users to create a template, so when they press the "button" they can duplicate the layout that they have already created.
